We aren’t a lineup of smiling headshots. Fostering Reality is a build, part survivor code, part system analysis, part lived psychology.

In CPS language, we are “stakeholders” who were never meant to have a voice. In coder language, we are the backend operators exposing the architecture of how cases are coded, funded, and pushed through the pipeline. In psychology language, we are the lived data, the kids, parents, and families who carried the trauma while the system cashed the reimbursement.

Some of us speak openly, some stay behind the firewall. That is by design. The mission is not about names or faces, it is about decoding the file, flipping the system logic, and giving families the tools to survive.
